MCO Park and Fly Co provides long and short-term airport parking for Orlando International Airport (MCO).
OPERATION TIMES:
We are open 24 hours a day. When staff are not on site, operations are handled through calls to our Customer Service phone number (689-226-6291).
Personalized service hours (check-ins are accepted only during these times):
-Monday: 4PM–2AM
-Tuesday: 6AM–2PM and 10PM–2AM
-Wednesday: 6AM–4PM
-Thursday: 5AM–1PM and 4PM–8PM
-Friday: 5AM–1PM and 4PM–8PM
-Saturday: 6AM–4PM
-Sunday: 4PM–2AM
RETURN PICK UP
Pick-up is at TERMINAL A. We do not pick up at terminal B (terminal B and A are in the same building, so you can walk From terminal B to terminal A for the pick up).
Pick up please make a request. You will receive a text with instructions.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
1- Reservations are valid for sedan cars, SUVs, vans up to 7 passengers, and 150/1500 type trucks.
2- Vans of 8 or more passengers; trucks of type 250-2500 / 350-3500-450-4500 and higher will be charged in our lot for a total of $ 7.99 a day PLUS TAXES (6.5%) for non holidays or $15.99 a day on holidays.
3- We do not accept motorcycles, Rvs or trailers.
4- Reservation is valid only for the dates purchased.
5- Maximum period of stay in the lot: 45 days. According to Florida law (Section 705.184, Florida Statutes), public-use airports can take possession of abandoned or derelict vehicles and follow specific steps to legally repossess and dispose of them. According with Florida Law to determine Vehicle Status, a vehicle is considered abandoned if left idle for 45 consecutive days; and a vehicle is considered derelict if it is in a wrecked, inoperative, or partially dismantled condition.
6- We do self parking and we do Valet parking when self parking spots are full.
7- Drop off and Pickups to and from TERMINAL A. We do not pick up at terminal B (terminal B and A are in the same building, so you can walk From terminal B to teminal A for the pick up).
8- Do not leave valuables in the vehicles. The company is not responsible for its loss.
9- We recommend you take a picture of your car upon entry, and when you pick it up before to leave the lot. In case of making a complaint, they will be required. If you don't provide the pictures, the claim will not be accepted.
10- Our shuttles run under schedule. twice by hour to the airport and one time by hour from the airport. The time may increase in case of accidents, delays at the airport, storms that cause flight delays or late baggage delivery, and issues beyond our control. We strongly recommend arriving at our lot three and a half hours before the departure of your flight (in the case of local flights) or four and a half hours before the departure of international flights.
UBER/LYFT/TAXI POLICY: You can take a ride from to the airport at any time, at your confidence. We will not pay any invoice for trips with any of those companies.
11- We recommend that if you are returning outside of the contracted date, keep in mind that you will have to pay in our lot the difference between the contracted days and the days used above that reservation @$9.99 a day ($15.99 for holidays). We do not offer money-back in any case.
12- We do not accept reservations for businesses of any type to rent a car (Like Turo) in any of our Lots. The cars must be removed from our lot by the owner of each reservation. Rental cars will be immobilized and must pay the corresponding charges at the time of the request.
13- You pay for a spot in a parking Lot. Shuttle is a courtesy service. You can ride our shuttles or take an Uber/taxi. If you park your car in the lot the reservation is consider honored and not money back will request will be accepted for any reason. We don't give money back is you ride an Uber/Lyft/Taxi.
14- Be nice with our employees and users. We reserve the right to reject any aggressive customer. Be at the parking lot with time, no less than 3 hours of your flight departing time.
15- Only one suitcase per person is allowed. Excess baggage will be charged on site, in the same way as the airline charges it. Our cost is $20 each additional package/suitcase.
16- If you board a shuttle without checking in or leave your car without the key, you will be subject to a penalty of $150 dollars. If you block a check-in booth with your car, your car will be towed by a towing company at the owner's expense.
